Feel the universal flow of energy

You can tap into a constant source of creativity and energy at any time by connecting with the cosmic flow of energy. The most effective way to do this is to picture a grounding cord springing down through you, going through the floor into the ground, and connecting itself with the Earth's center.

As the connection gets more profound, try to allow the Earth's energy to come back through the same connection you just created. Going through your feet, legs, core, heart, neck, and all the way through the top of your head and feel the energy in your body.

Get rid of impurities in your aura

When you're out of balance or have absorbed any negative external energy from your environment, it goes straight to your aura. When that happens, your aura becomes foggy because of the lack of energetic flow in your aura. They produce a static vibration that keeps you from operating with a clear mind.

To restore your aura, bring the fingers of your left hand together into a point, coning them together. Cone your fingers in the right hand, and bring them to the hairline on the left side of the head. Hold this position for 15 seconds, switch out which arm is on top and hold for another 15 seconds.

Relieving stagnant pain

Throughout our lives we tend to hold on to the pain we encounter in our daily lives. To get rid of that stubborn pain, take a few deep breaths and focus on one area that's causing you trouble. Steady your breathe and focus on an empty space while asking yourself "What is this pain trying to tell me?" Begin to envision the pain moving out of your body and into an object nearby, allowing a large source of bright white light envelope your whole body. The pain will slowly fade away with each breath.

When we connect, engage or simply live nearby other people, we exchange energies with that person, as you might have noticed moods are contagious, and people who spend a lot of time with you have a deeper effect on you, your aura, and your energy!

To shield yourself from negative or unpleasant energy you can place an energetic shield around your body to stop this energy infestation. To do this you need to sit in a comfortable position and envision a bright light sparking inside your upper stomach and expanding throughout your whole body. It will feel like placing a comforting blanket over you that keeps you warm.
