Signs Your Chakras are Unstable

Unfortunately, it is common for people to suffer from imbalances in their chakras, thanks to today's stressful day-to-day life. Still, most people who suffer from this don't have a clue about what's going on, so today, we will go over signs that indicate your chakras might be out of balance.

We have seven main chakras in our body, and when they are open and balanced, our vital energy can flow freely through our whole body and mind. But if any of those chakras are blocked or out of balance, it can result in many physical and spiritual ailments.

Signs your chakras may be out of balance.

Root chakra (Muladhara)

This chakra is located at the base of your spine and is the first puzzle piece. If this chakra is out of balance, you might experience problems in the legs, feet, and rectum. Some people report suffering from knee pain, constipation, and issues with the male reproductive organs and prostate gland.

Sacral chakra (Swadhisthana)

The sacral chakra is located right below your navel, and the most common signs that this chakra is unstable are sexual and reproductive health issues, kidney dysfunctions, general apathy, as well as hip, pelvic and lower back pain.

 Solar plexus chakra (Manipura)

This chakra is located in the middle of our stomach, and when this chakra is unstable, the person might experience digestive issues, chronic fatigue, pancreas and gallbladder issue and possibly constant fear of rejection.

 Heart chakra (Anahata)

The heart chakra is located very close to the heart, and signs that this chakra is out of balance are asthma, constant upper back and shoulder problems, arm and wrist pain, jealousy, bitterness and over-loving to the point of suffocation.

Throat chakra (Vishuddha)

As the name suggests, this chakra is located near the throat. The most common problems regarding imbalances in this chakra are thyroid issues, sore throats, violent coughs, neck and shoulders pain, social anxiety, might find it hard to express yourself and a constant fear of being out of control.

 Third-eye chakra (Ajna)

The third-eye chakra is located between the eyebrows, right in the center of the forehead, and when this chakra is unstable, the person might feel constant and excruciating headaches, blurred vision and eye strain, sinus issues, as well as moodiness, sadness and stubbornness.

Crown chakra (Samsara / Sahasrara)

The crown chakra, much like a crown, sits on the top of the head, and when this chakra is out of balance, it can generally cause rigid and sometimes wrongful thoughts, analysis paralysis, over-thinking, paranoia and constant fear of alienation.
